How FAQ Schema Helps AI Recommend Your Business
FAQPage structured data (a specific type of schema.org markup) turns a normal-looking FAQ section into something search engines and AI tools can parse as discrete, clearly-labelled question-and-answer pairs, rather than a wall of unstructured text.
Why that structure matters
AI systems generating an answer need to extract a clean, specific fact or explanation. A well-marked-up FAQ answer, "How much does a website cost?" paired with a direct, specific answer, is exactly the shape that's easy to lift cleanly and attribute back to the source. It works just as well for "What MOT classes do you cover?" or "Do you deliver outside Glasgow?" as it does for anything on this blog.
